Has someone you know contacted you asking you to be their Mentor for the Skills Passport? If you answered yes, you are at the right place.

The Skills Passport is a set of questionnaires which have been developed to help people recognise the skills they have achieved at school, at work and through life experiences.

When a person registers to do the Skills Passport, they receive a mentor code. They should then give this to you - their selected mentor. When you register and become a Skills Passport Mentor, the code will give you access to your candidate's questionnaire so you can view their progress and verify their skills.

How Do I Register?

When you click on the Register Now button you will be taken to the Skills Passport Registration page. You need to complete the red mandatory fields. When you have entered your details, click the Continue button. This will take you to a Thank You screen where you will receive your mentor code. You need to use your mentor's code to login each time you visit the Skills Passport.

On the Thank You page there is a Continue button which takes you to a screen asking you to enter the email address and mentor code of your Skills Passport candidate. This code is the one they emailed to you. Once you have entered this you can view and move through your candidate's questionnaire, checking their responses.

At the end of the questionnaire, follow the prompts to issue your candidate their Skills Passport certificate.
